The Art Resource Association is an organization of Central Vermont artists with a goal to promote and support it's member artists. As part of that mission, we regularly hold group shows in venues in the Central Vermont area. We also provide a monthly, rotating exhibit at the City Center in Montpelier which is available for solo and group shows. Through the Phil Osgatharp Scholarship fund, we award need-based fellowships for the Vermont Artist Week at the Vermont Studio Center in Johnson and classes at Studio Place Arts in Barre. We believe in art - that it makes our world a better place and that it needs to be shared.
